1.5 pounds lost this week and I'm absolutely made up! Not a big loss but the amount of times I had a few treats here and there I was sure I was gonna have a gain!

I think having a wife who's so supportive has definitely got me to this! Anyway hope you all have a great week!
93.0 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
