So yesterday I came off my fast and decided to reward myself with a glass of wine. Sorry I did it, didn’t feel right and didn’t sleep well. Had steak and spinach with parm cheese for dinner. No yoga.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
