For the pass two weeks (exactly 14 days) my life has been insane. It started with me dieting at 800 cals and then binging like crazy for 4 day, gaining back all the calories Iv tried cutting. The scale was at 113 but its been at 120-121 since these two weeks. I know i haven’t gained even an 1lb (I calculated). Ever since then it’s been two days where I stick to my new diet (1360) then binge the next few days and basically eat at a maintenance amount. I’ll aim for 2100 cals tomorrow and Monday but Sunday I hope I can do 1500 cals because I know 1360 is to low. Hopefully I can lose 5-8lbs before I leave for cuba during the winter
54.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
