Well my b day weekend cost me a 1.8. lbs. 😢 But it's better than the 105.2 I weighed Monday. I've just got to stay on track and focus on my goal weight. I enjoyed the food and time with family so I'm going to try and not stress too much over it. I'm 62 and I've got to enjoy life a little. My clothes fit comfortably and my original goal weight was 111 so I'm down further than I first intended. Hope everyone has a great weekend 😊
45.2 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
