Held my own for another day. I did expect I would lose however if I keep things in check today it should show up as a loss tomorrow.

Cooked like crazy yesterday to get ready for Thanksgiving on Sunday. I baked two pumpkins and then pureed them for pies. Bread crumbs and onions are done for the stuffing. Then I made homemade yogurt and prepared frozen mango to go into the yogurt, and jarred them before I went to bed. I also made 16 bottles of kombucha and got the next round in with the Scoby. Felt like I spent the whole day in the kitchen cooking and doing dishes!
119.3 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
