Day 85:officially the last day of the 12 week program. Last night I ate a protein bar and a protein smoothie. And I decided I’m baking some homemade vegan cookies tonight 🍪. I scheduled acl reconstruction surgery for November. I am starting a new wellness journey for the next weeks before surgery and then a new chapter will begin post-operatively. Trying to work towards a life of not tracking and logging everything I eat. Maintaining a whole food plant based diet and listening to my body are the biggest goals
