This morning my clothes felt really loose, but my anniversary ring was really tight.my hands were swollen. After I came home from work, it took me 1 hour to find something in my closet for the meeting tomorrow! Everything was tight. Luckily, I found the fancy long cardigan I bought on clearance. Decided I’m eating way too many snacks, so I made sure I exercised tonight, then made myself a nice cold frosty coffee drink with my Ninja. Very low cal and fat-free. Just ice, black coffee, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and some fat-free whipped topping. Have to look good and professional tomorrow.
