It took two days for the scale to move after my city trip when I gained 4 pounds in a day and a half. That is always frustrating to not get immediate results when I go back to my plan. However it has now moved!! 1.5 pounds but moved. Just as I predicted the whole 4 pound gain wouldn't come off immediately. I have to dig in to get the last 2.5 pounds back. Just is.
120.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 43.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
