Well after 4 weeks of proper dieting I've lost just over a stone! And I'm the lightest I've been since November last year!
I'm absolutely chuffed. Still more hard work but going in the right direction 😊
Thanks to the wife for the amazing support.
Couldn't have done it without her.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
