I am on my 12th hour of IF. I did pretty good yesterday food wise. I was craving spaghetti and meatballs, so I made turkey meatballs and used 1/2 chickpea pasta and 1/2 zucchini "noodles" Dog sitting an injured dog, so I'm having to put in 10-15 minute short runs vs. one long one.
