I did manage to lose a pound point something so I went complain. I'm not sure if I am eating too much on a 24 hour fast? 20:4...
77.2 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

don't think you're eating a lot.. because if you only ate once after fasting and then once you took you last bite of whatever it is you had and started fasting would be consider Omad .. also how long is your eating window?

I have my 4 hr eating window starting at 4pm every day for 5 days then 2 days I eat regular, per say.I try to eat clean, my biggest down fall is sweets.. plus I need to find a good time to exercise which is usually planned and happens rarely. I like to exercise...by the time I get home for the day I'm pretty hungry and really tired feeling.
