Ate more calories than I have been although kept the fat and protein and carbs within bounds. Result -- a pound gain. Darn it! Gone to the city for today and tomorrow so that will be its own difficulties. Hopefully I will maintain.
119.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 42.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
