Wow I think I have a milk allergy. As soon as I have some, I pick up around 1kg (water retention). Now, with no milk, weight dropped again 👍

69.8 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
