I was losing pretty steady there and I anticipated a jump back. Not too bad at only a half pound. I will keep doing what I have been and I am confident it will come off again!
119.3 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
