I've recovered, and am now getting back into my routine. I'll be sticking to cooked vegetable's for the next week to limit possible sources in the event that I get sick again.
95.5 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
