Another pound down! Yayyy! I have been consistently losing weight for the last few days and it is exciting. I am expecting to slow down as a pound a day is too fast but for now I will ride the wave:) I know that I am eating well and I am certainly not hungry so this isn't a pendulum of eating too little followed by eating too much as the body demands to be fed.
119.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 42.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
