Can't say this is unexpected. I binged on a bunh of chocolate Friday and a little bit Saturday. Does anyone have tips for avoidig binge eating? I've been doing really well lately but I suddenly couldn't stop myself even though I knew exactly how bad it would make me feel and what it would do to my weight.
58.9 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
