Lost the exact 2.8 lbs I gained last week. I don't seem to be able to lose weight on this low-carb/lazy keto diet I have been on for the last few weeks or so. Still cannot reduce this stubborn tummy. Still cannot get my blood pressure down. I will have my doctor increase my medication at my next appointment. A little patience will be required of course.
I tried the infamous bulletproof coffee this morning. I only had a teaspoon of MCT oil instead of a tablespoon to avoid GI distress. I added 1 tbsp of organic butter and 1 tbsp clarified butter. It was better tasting than I thought!
I lost my Internet and I am using my phone. Kind of annoying. But it is sunny so it is an excuse to go out.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week

How do you calculate your marcos - should be in grams based on your body information (some macro calculations are better than others as a few of them make the protein allotment too low for your body) and you use the fat amount as a lever but do not have to eat all the grams (at least 50g for daily healthy amount) but after that you let your body use it’s fat stores to make the difference. So I would recommend not having bulletproof coffee as that means your body has to burn the external fat first before it utilize the fat on your body. Eating more fat does not make you burn more fat. Eating all the protein allotment per day is important as well. Sometimes I go slightly over and it does not affect ketosis nor does it affect my fat burning. That is part of how I do my keto. Plus I tend to pay more attention to the inches lost more than the scale. Because sometimes there is higher inch loss and not as much scale loss. That is what works for me - hopefully the information is useful for you.

Just ready « lazy keto » in your post. That would probably be part of why as well.

I mean at least 50 g fat not carb. I have 20-25g carbs and stay in ketosis I do weigh and measure my foods and track everything I have between 105-130 G protein per day - and it should be higher on high intensity work out days And between 50-90g fat in a day. I started in May because of a T2 diabetes diagnosis and decided that wasn’t going to stay!! I didn’t really know enough back then and would have read up some of the books I have lately first but learned as I went. So getting blood sugars and A1C down was my primary goal, weight loss secondary but needed as well. 220 and size 16, now 160 and about an 8. Depending on fit. (Still wear some 10’s it is a mix of 8/10).

I have gone from 10 down to 5.7 last month and I expect the next one to be slightly lower as well!!! There is evidence to suggest low carb can help with blood pressure - less inflammation in body? Among other things? I am sure with time you will be able to get things right in a way that is for you and your body.
