I’m going to change my diet drastically today. Macro speaking. Yesterday decreased my protein to ~100 grams and today I’m going to go less. I’m pretty sure I was having symptoms of a protein surplus 🤢🤒. Hopefully I can find more of a balance. Skipped the morning protein shake 😊
