Significant increase in weight probably due to building muscle since I have increased the intensity of my weight training. Still maintaining a 2000-2100 calorie diet.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
