Breast reduction surgery!
57.7 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you Dzemsta! It's day 6 after surgery, I'm a little fragile and weak but not out! That pound was breast tissue! It is a cheat pound! I did not earn it! But I will take it!

I had breast reduction surgery 5 years ago very painful but I’m so glad I did it! Speedy recovery and hugs 🤗
