Serious issue with constipation yesterday for 3 hours. it was terrible. Afterwards, I had a lot of fiber (prunes, half sweet potato, coffee), and drank nearly 200 fl oz of water, so there is no surprise of gain.

I workout 6 days a week, i drink 128 fl oz of water a day, and apparently not getting enough fiber. i have no gallbladder, and write it up to that?

Anyone else have this issue?
112.6 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
