Nice weight loss this week after many weeks with small or none. Seems that staying away from after dinner snacks yeilds the best results.

Continuing to reduce basal rates in the late evening and early morning time slots. Even with the low carb intake my liver still has no problem storing as much glucose as it needs and releasing it from time to time at seemingly random insidences. However, going too long between eating seems to be the most common factor in its release.

I will probably need to raise my afternoon and evening carb ratios a bit as I seem to be less insulin resistant. Even the Dawn CF may need to be increased from 1:15 to 1:20.

90.7 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
