Wow.
Cannot believe I've lost so much weight in one week!
Thanks to the wife for helping me loads.
Now to another week of loss! 👍
96.2 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just did no snacking at all and kept to around 1200 calories a day 👍 it was really difficult the first couple of days but then became easier.

Ill be honest I kept my goal calorie intake 1200 but I always go over because of snacks but good idea I'll do that from today

Yeah it can be really tough. I've had an advantage of being at work all week so I've been kept busy. It's my days off that I find difficult keeping to 1200 calories!
