I am so despondent, I hve been doing IF with keto for the last 3 weeks and my weight is not budging. Not sure if it is my thyroid had RIA last year for Graves disease was then put on Euthyrox 100ugc daily picked up about 20kg. Now the weight is just sitting anyone else who has had the same problem, what do you do that is helping. I dont know what to do anymore.😥

Toni Nicola, as one who has Graves disease with blocking anti bodies I understand how you feel. Don't become despondent. Are you taking your Euthyrox correctly? You should take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, and never with food. Are you managing to get any exercise? I have joined aqua aerobics and this is helping.

@ChersI do take my tabs as soon as I get up in the morning and don't eat or drink anything for an hour after. I do alot of walking as I live on a farm and I have started to do zumba as well. It just feels like like I am slamming my into a brick wall and getting no where.

Please go see your dr about the Euthyrox dosage.

Watch out. Using the stuff when you have no problems, you will damage your thyroid forever. Bodybuidlers have been using T3 in the form of CYT3 and if not followed properly, you will regret it. Make sure you are properly diagnosed.

Thanks everyone for your support, it has been a week of prodding and blood tests. My dosage has been upped to 175ucg Euthyrox, also have a magnesium and iron deficiency which have been addressed so hopefully things will start getting better now.
