So decided to let loose tonight. It’s Friday after all.
Had three large glasses of red wine. A scotch egg, quesadillas with salsa, chicken and sour cream - finished off with a chocolate and peanut butter pie.
Complete calorie bomb. But I do t feel bad. We all need to let our hair down once in a while. If I look over my calorie intake for the week I’m still doing good. Just today looks bad.
Not looking for a pity party .... just saying we all have our moments. It’s part of our journey.
We can all do this.
Everyone I’ve met on this app are so awesome and supportive. Continue be your whole self.
