16.6% body fat reading on the scale this morning 😱.
I am 4’-11” for those that don’t know. So I’m a tiny human.

I can see some of my abs coming thru and it’s such a big motivator. Before LDW my weight was 103 so I think I have just lost a lot of the water weight that I gained over that weekend. I was feeling very bloated until yesterday afternoon. I had some dairy products with my boyfriend’s family and it really bloated me for a good 3 days 👀. Excited for this high carb day. I’m going to treat myself with a specialty coffee drink today 😊
46.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Interesting. I googled for body fat calculator. Entered 102 lbs, 4’11” height. It showed 20.6% of fat (normal).

Body fat % is a very individual measurement. For someone of my height and weight that is not active 20% is probably accurate. For someone that has been weight training for 2+ months my percent body fat is lower because I have more muscle mass. I have a body fat reader at home which is more accurate than the calculators you can find online 😊. The most accurate way to measure is a water tank but that is usually for a fairly hefty fee

Aurorika- You might be confusing BMI and body fat percentage. These are not the same thing 😊. You can google the difference too. I hope you are enjoy your health and fitness journey 🤙✌️

Thanks! I was confusing those two things. I wanted to calculate my body fat percentage, but they require too many measurements I cannot provide being at work. xD

I definitely recommend taking the time to do measurements and take progress photos. Also I believe that tracking your body fat % over BMI is a more accurate representation of your progress especially if your goals are to improve your fitness. For me it’s more motivating to see my muscles come thru than to see the number on the scale drop. I hope this helps you! Let me know if you have any other questions I can try to answer them ! I am still fairly new to a bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle but I’m trying to learn and grow everyday ! 😁
