Don't support this. The weight loss is from not having time to eat while being a caregiver. Kind of ironic to cook 3-4 different diets for 4-15 people, have tons of food around yet not have time or the right food to eat. If I was a sugar burner I would have collapsed weeks ago. Being a fat burner, I can do unplanned OMAD's and function perfectly even at 1/3-1/2 normal calories. Been donating platelets weekly. That was not a weight loss tip! :) Bad part is that I can't eat the piles of Dorritos, cookies, cakes, etc. that the blood donation center offers!
81.1 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
