Seriously getting back on track today. I know I’ve made some mistakes and became too relaxed the last few weeks. Time to get back to work. I know I can do it.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 30.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
