It’s been a long time since I recorded my weight for good reason. I fell off the wagon and shot up to 318lbs in July due to vacation and letting go of my routine. I also been stuck around 300lbs +/- 5lbs for a while. I’m back with my Nutrionist and getting back on track now. I’m not into fad diets like the Keto diet, it’s all BS. Pure Diet and Exercise is the ONLY way to lose weight. A healthy balance of carbs, fats, and proteins along with exercise WILL produce results over time. It’s not a race, it’s a marathon!!! Eat healthy, exercise, and be happy!!!
135.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 45.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
