August had some crazy fluctuations. At one point, I had "gone back up" to 158. Yeah, right. I think my scale and I are having issues, and he is lying to me to mess with my head.

Thanks to these monthly body fat calculations, I can tell that my body is going through lots of changes that are independent of the scale. I'm back down to 38%, which is what I had achieved during my post-grad school break when I didn't work full time and was really taking care of my health.

I think I will continue with my monthly weigh ins for the sake of keeping track, as I have been since 2013. Now, I'm more concerned with feeling good and being aware of my body fat, inches, and mood. I'm very thankful to Intermittent Fasting (IF) for helping me make that transition.

September 2018
Weight 155 lbs
Body Fat 38 %
70.3 kg Lost so far: 32.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
