Day 51: reached my goal! At about 16.9% body fat. Just about to go into Labor Day weekend. I’m going to try to maintain this for the weekend. We will seeee. But for now today I’m very happy. Going to enjoy my iced coffee :))
46.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
