Finally, lost a pound woohooo!!! That was a bad plateau and it took having a cheat day to get things rolling again. Alright my lovelies I am back and losing weight again. Went to the gym last night and here’s my workout which took about an hour.


4 sets of 15@ 40#- Hip Adduction (total weight 2,400)

4 sets of 15@ 40#- Hip Abduction (total weight 2,400)

1/2 mile on the Arc Trainer

4 sets of 8 @ 5#’s- Abs Bench (Total weight 160)

4 sets of 12 @ 4lb - Medicine Ball off of the Trampoline with waist bends. (total weight 192)

4 sets of Battle Ropes

131.5 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
