So I'm trying something new. I've been eating a "pre-breakfast" of hard boiled egg and water for the past few days (without yolk every other day).
102.5 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

the yolk has all the good stuff

I love the yolk, but I'm on the Mediterranean plan, so I want to keep my fat under 30%. Every other day doesn't seem to be hurting tho :)

then carry on. any plan is all about choices to meet your macro's. do you use the yolks for something else or just toss them?? Just curious. When I was eating keto I tried to stick to more whole foods and avoided empty calories. Long term it works better for me.
