Thank You Lord Jesus! Today I weighed in at 243.4 and I am still feeling a little weak, but I guess it is due to the fact that my numbers had been running higher and body is saying “What in heavens name are you doing to me?” AQF!
110.4 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
