Novelty. New lowest weight. Thinking Dr Ted Naiman may be on to something, when it comes to getting that six pack. Feeling good, not hungry. Rather the opposite, feel 'stuffed'. Excited about how this new week will pan out.

Draglist Thanks. Find it take time to adapt to cave man dining. This Ted Naiman approach is like pretending it is late winter. Fish and game are lean. Eggs are available for stomach comfort. As a result, we approach spring time with a six pack. lol. Maybe I need bear skin shorts to make it more real... 😛
