Excited! The trick is to fill up with tasty vegetable dishes all week. Meat small proportions: chicken one day, and beef burger or stew another day. Cycling 20 km three or four times a week is top of my list. Winter, plan to workout 1 hour three times a day at some recreation center. Other plan: hot veggies - I've had to stop with potatoes, pasta, meat and chicken. Ache once in awhile but totally off the pain killers now for 4 months! Rocking it! Looking for recipes, getting bored with green salad lol
64.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
