I am loving being healthy. I started walking yesterday the first time in a long time. I went 1 mile around the neighborhood and definitely could feel it! I don’t know how I managed walking before 44 extra pounds.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
