This makes 3 consecutive days where my weight has been ~215. I've been drinking more water, and making sure that I get my electrolytes. I'm a bit surprised that the weight drop is still around.

There was a heat wave here last week, so maybe I was retaining water last week which hid some gains?
97.5 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

LOL. I'm not going to fight it, hope it sticks around. I was flat in terms of weight loss for quite some time, so maybe it's real? That should do it, now that I've said it I'm sure my weight will pop back up. hahaha :) It's all good, my clothes are loose and I'm feeling better which is more important.
