Day 42: 6 weeks and down to 17.3% body fat. I think I’m going to set a new goal. Not necessarily weight based goal. I’m going to talk with my coach and see what are realistic goals for the next 6 weeks
47.6 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
