This is tough...
I keep getting discouraged by the number on the scale even though I know I’m losing weight by how my clothes fit. I have to keep reminding myself i’ve come along way...
My journey started when I was pregnant with my second child and had high blood pressure. I began at 89 kg and at then end of my pregnancy i was 86 kg. Between then and now I’ve lost about 50 lbs. Being the self conscious person I am i’m still not happy with that.
I started using this wonderful app because I hit a plateau and wasn’t losing anymore weight.

A message to you all! Don’t be so hard on yourselves, remember where you started and how you feel today. In the end it’s about feeling and living healthier not what that number on the scale is telling you. Judge your weight loss on how your clothes fit. I’m only down two pounds but i’ve gone down a size in my clothes. GOOD LUCK and stay strong!
71.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
