I've been sleeping a lot better the last few days; last week my sleep was pretty poor. Resting heart rate dropped 5 points over the last 3 days, which seems to correlate with a sudden drop in weight. Not sure why, or if they're at all related.
97.9 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
