I was in bed most of the day yesterday, catching up on missed sleep.

I've dropped a bunch of water weight over the last few days. I suspect that my real weight is ~219, so I'm anticipating 'gains' on the scale as my water weight rebalances.
98.1 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
