I seem to have suddenly dropped almost a pant size. The scale isn't budging. I'd rather have that than lose pounds and stay the same size. I worked out too hard yesterday. kayaking over 3 hours, mowed the lawn and almost passed out by the time I was done, then went to work out with Patty. I pulled a groin muscle. well, of course. Too much is too much and I knew before I was done mowing the lawn that I was doing too much but I'd promised I'd work out.
So ... no climbing for awhile : ( . crap.
Anyway - the diet is going fantastically well (spit spit spit as my russian friend would say). I'll do what I can without stressing those muscles and keep moving.
I'm going home to Minnesota next strong. Have To Be Strong. My dad makes the most wonderful meals. I need to only eat two meals a day if I'm there so I can eat what he makes. Soooo hard to do. I'll have to ask him to not have all the ice cream in the freezer. I can only resist so much and ice cream or yogurt are my achilles heel.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
