First time that I've actually seen a weight reading below 220 since around 2010.

I had seen my weight dip down a few weeks ago; but I believe that I was dehydrated at the time. I was consuming very irregular and sometimes very high amounts of sodium.

I'm still adjusting/experimenting with my diet, but the last couple of days have gone pretty well.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
