I got past my threshold! Yay! Well took a little tweaking to the calories from 1347 to 1200. Eating a ton of green salads with kale and fruit. Meat down to once a week, unless I do over 20 km in 2 consecutive days back to back then meat. I haven't seen 144 lbs since 2015? Oh loving the broccoli and cauliflower patties instead of the meat, I'm trying for 140 lbs for mid September ... will see :)
