Nervous this Saturday weigh-in. Afraid that I may have to do strict weight loss again next week to be able to maintain this weight.
Pleased. All I use for portion control is the body full signal. It seems to work well, probably because I eat foods that my body know very well from so many years of evolution.
78.1 kg Lost so far: 50.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
