Day 26 of 84: I’m feeling very sore today, my hamstrings specifically 😫. I played so much soccer last week, mon, wed, thurs, and sunday. I have fallen off the meal plan slightly this weekend but I’ll be back at it this week
49.5 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

have you tried stretching exercises to help loosen up those muscles?? it can sometimes do wonders if you do them carefully and slowly.

Oh yes! I stretch before every workout and before and after soccer games 😊 I do need to stretch more though
