I am making slow progress but I'll take any progress and be happy!! My diet is working.
Today I ate some butter with my eggs. I don't normally. I eat lean protein for breakfast and lunch but eat some veggies and carbs with the lean protein for dinner.

67.2 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
