I'm staying pretty steady at 145 lbs ... took my calorie consumption down from 1300 to 1200 two weeks ago? We will see how this works. I've noticed since I've knocked my meat consumption down to once a week I ache less. The shoulder neck pain isn't as excruciating which is interesting to me. Oh, the vegetable patties I make now are delicious.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

I pretty much cut down all deli meat and other meat too. It’s been three days now and no more bloating and aching. I love the feeling.

Yes it's great to start somewhere and I found when I gradually took something out I am now finding the results. Not being bloated is an awesome feeling I agree! Keep going :)
